Title: Another Sheila Landry Pattern

This is from Sheila's Seasonal Songbird Series (say that 3 times fast! ;)).  8 patterns total in the series.  This is the winter cardinal.  It's a BD gift for my Mother-in-law.  3/8" BBply with 1/8" BBply backer.  Lemon oil and lacquer finish.

That is some gorgeous work. Definetly going to have to attempt work like this in the furture since the wife loves birds.

Thanks everyone!  I learn a little more with each project I do, and end up wanting to challenge my limited skills even further.  BTW, my first attempt on this pattern ended up as DFW due to a broken blade.  Scarred the wood more than I was willing to accept!
