We where desperate for a Lambretta (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lambretta) in the 90's - but always had Vespa's (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vespa). Of course classic ones (P, PX and PK Line), not the modern versions of today!
Lambretta's are no more build since the early 70's, so they were hard to find (and are even more hard to find today).

It was the time we all wanted to be Mods (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mod_(subculture)), listened to Ska Music (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ska) and drove around with our scooters. All British was absolute trendy and we all wanted to travel to Britain.

good old days...
