Title: Help finding pattern

I am wondering if someone could help me find the pattern for this?

I didn't find it in my data base, so I can tell you where not to look (and perhaps save you some time).  It's not in the last 2 1/2 years of CW&C or SW&C.

Sure I got it from a site of free patterns so should be fine
