Title: 17-Piece Universal T-Track Kit
Post by: emtdonald on January 22, 2011, 02:37:47 am
Just wondering if anyone has used the 17-Piece Universal T-Track Kit from rockler or similar kits. How much do they really help. They look really neat for making jigs.
Here is the link http://www.rockler.com/product.cfm?page=21276

I'm using the INCRA T-Track on some of my tables: http://www.fine-tools.com/t-track.html
Works fine, needs to be installed precise.

The set from Rockler also has good reviews.

regards
Torsten

I have bought this form the woodworking shows. Have many uses when making jigs. Worth having if you make jigs for woodworking.

I bought those a couple years ago and have found several uses for them. Especially the bolts and handles. I've made jigs, clamps and gluing presses with them.

That is a very good price. I have a wood workers table I built that is setup for jigs and wooden vises. Still I can see the advantage of using a T-Track.  :)
