Title: Cross Keepsake Box
Post by: DWSudekum on January 19, 2011, 11:42:07 pm
Made from Poplar, Aspen and Aromatic Cedar.  The box is 7/8 in deep by 5 3/4 wide by 8 in tall.  Finished with varnish.  The cross is from one of Steve's patterns.

Marcell I originally was going to put a bible in it but it is way too thin for that so it became a trinket / keepsake box.

Looks great and I have that one on my list to make and use as bible box, still us the box my bible came in, but that is getting rather tacky.
