It looks great David, I just bought the same book, but haven't cut any yet. I guess after I read about sanding the edges of all the pieces, it looked like it would take a lot of time. What thickness wood do you use for the puzzles?

Hi Mark for this I used 3/4" pine, it's a bit soft but ok if handled with care.But this was laying around the woodworkshop I go to twice a week and they where going to throw it in the junk box. So I grabbed it.

Hey Boxmaker, Just chuck a mop into your drill press. It makes quick work of puzzle sanding. Sand top and bottom before you cut and mop the edges. Takes no time at all.

Upon close inspection, I agree, the aforementioned frog is a him. :D
