Let me date myself.  When I was a kid, my mom sent in labels for things.  I had a popin fresh doll and the girl doll was named poppie.  She was like a little sister or something to poppin fresh.  There was a series of commercials with the two of them.  His name is poppin fresh - the pillsburry dough boy.

Believe it or not folks ... most of them are embedded in your unconscious memory by "Subliminal" means!

You 'think' you 'tune them out' but they get past your defenses by sheer REPETITION!

How true, how true!  That's what makes us remember them.  But I'm curious if recognition relates to sales?
