Let me date myself. When I was a kid, my mom sent in labels for things. I had a popin fresh doll and the girl doll was named poppie. She was like a little sister or something to poppin fresh. There was a series of commercials with the two of them. His name is poppin fresh - the pillsburry dough boy.

How true, how true! That's what makes us remember them. But I'm curious if recognition relates to sales?
