our "Rascals" play in a 'smaller' stadium so we are close to the field. Last season (summer) there were 5 incidents like this at the 17 games i attended.
We sit right behind the 'home' dugout and i tell anyone that goes to the game with me,
"When a right-handed hitter is at the plate...DO NOT take your eyes off the batter!
Foul balls come at us like 'bullets' off the right-hand' hitters!"
Fortunately bats travel much slower but are harder to 'dodge'!
