Title: Pie Stand
Post by: towdude3 on November 16, 2010, 01:10:14 am
This is a pie or cake stand. I got the pattern off the internet. Enlarged pattern to 175 percent to use 1/4 inch wood. Not quite finished yet. Still need to sand a little more and put a finish on it. It was fairly easy to cut.

I would love to cut that.  You did a great job! Would you share the pattern or tell me where you found it? please

I used something called 5 mm cat. Not really sure what it is but i got it at Home Depot. It is about 1/2' thick. Only problem i have had with it so far is you have to be really careful sanding it and any delicate fretwork will chip.

Judy,
I emailed you the source of the pattern. It is not mine and i'm not sure if I can post it here even though it's free. Don't want to cause any problems for anyone. Mike
