Title: Pattern
Post by: lwsjc on October 27, 2010, 01:11:44 pm
Friend of my daughter would like " Sleep with the angels " to hang on wall.
I would prefer not to do fretwork.

Thanks   Larry

Looks great Judy.  I'm not sure I can cut such a pattern without it breaking.  I might try tho.

Larry her pattern is very cuttable.  You too can do it.  As you cut replace the waste wood and tape it into place.  Use a zero clearance insert and start with the more delicate areas first.  You CAN do it.  Just try!  The worst that will happen is you will have a hunk of designer fire wood.  One other tip is to stack cut it.  try 2-3 layers of BB plywood.

Be sure and post a pic of your finished project.  I'm rooting for you!

Judy, Cut your pattern.   Sent a picture to my daughter.  She showed it to her friend.

She said her friend loved it and became emotional when she saw it.

Thanks very much for the pattern.

If I ever get this infernal machine figured out enough to be able to post a picture, I will.

Thanks again             Larry

I am so glad you cut it and that it touched your daughter's friend.
