I seen this Greybeard and it reminded me when I first had my drivers license, me and a friend were driving to a nearby town and came upon an accident of a big rig that lost control on a curve in the road, (no-one was hurt)  and he was hauling, you guessed it BEER. We stopped to see if he was alright, and he said if you boys hang around and help me transfer this to another trailer that is coming, you can have any of the broken cases, well we stayed and filled my trunk and my backseat full of beer. Thanks for bringing back a pleasant memory.

accidents with Grolsch always give me mixed feelings.

years ago  my brother , who was working in the Grolsch factory, died at his work.
He drowned in one of the copper kettle's.
When I visit the factory i talked to his manager and I asked him if my brother had a terrifying death.
He assured me that hadn't due to the fact that he came out four time to go to the toilet......
Gotcha, I bet you didn't see that coming  8)

We had one of those in NZ our friends saw it on the way to visit us, they didn't get any samples or that is what they told us
