Title: marble pinball

A friend just dropped of an old delapilated marble pinball game here, to see if I might be able to save it, but it's past saving I'm afraid, wet and milldew al over it. Now I would like to make him a new one, but am not able to find a pattern for one. Any idea where I can look to buy such a pattern?
