I finally got my hands on a nice Dewalt DW788. And thanks to Steve Good and all others out there for their suggestion for this saw I thank you very much! Very nice...very smooth cutting.

Thanks all! Over the past few years I have used the Hitachi CW40 and a Ryobi. The DW788 is indeed the "Cadillac"!!!

Have a DW788 myself. I have a lot of hours on it. Everytime I use it I am thrilled that I made the purchase. Compared to the cheaper model saws, the Dewalt is truely a pleasure to use. Congrats and enjoy.

Thanks everyone! I found the coon pattern from Mike Williams. I've had the DW788 for a little over a month now. I love cutting with it!
