Post by: Bill P on September 30, 2010, 02:02:31 pm: I love what Grey Beard said in his post to ?newbies? and (with shaking hands) want to put myself out there. I?ve been scrolling for almost 3 years but have not received much feedback from people except for those who know me. If it?s not too much trouble, could some of you folks have a look at my work on www.8by10woodworking.com and send me an email to bill_purcell3@q.com with critiques. Please don?t be nice.

Please note the "heart clock" was my first project, so skip that one. :)

There are no other scrollers in the area at all, so I've never been able to show my stuff to anyone and I figured I was not quite average.

It's great to see what you've produced in a limited area.

I lived in Klamath Falls for 4 years. I was stationed at Kingsley Field in the Air Force and went to Medford several times. But, of course that was in 1963-1967 so things may have changed there since then! :D :D :D :D :D :D

I am very critical of my work too. But you know what? When I peel off the pattern at the end, the little mistakes don't even show up and I have to remember that I was looking at it through magnifaction while I
was cutting it. Carry on bud. You're doin just fine.
