Feeling up to going out to the garage and working some more on the oak table.
While weak as a kitten I did manage to get a whole bunch of things lined up to do for Christmas presents.
Made myself a 'pact' with me....The Only thing I am 'buying' for Christmas gifts this year is WOOD to make presents.
I'll see how it all works out over the next month or so!
Up and About and able to take Nourishment!
Lost 7 pounds over the last 5 days! NOT Recommended!
Still taking in fluids until I feel like I 'slosh' when I move but gotta stay hydrated.
Hope all the others that were and are feeling 'under the weather' are getting better also.
Again...Thanks for all your concerns!

Good to hear you are up and about. I known you are having withdrawals from the saw but don't over due it. LOL :)
-
I agree glad you are up and around but take it easy for a few days.
-
So glad you are up on your feet.
-
Hope you feel better GB! What happened to you? Did I miss something?
-
Glad your feeling better GB!
-
Janet, did you read your thread "Did I Miss Anything?". 8)
-
Yeah, I read it. I guess I didn't retain it. :P
-
NOT to worry, Janet....I have to admit that I wasn't thinking too much about your hand while I was "running"!
I have had many surgeries on my hands and I know what a pain (literally) it can be!
I'm getting better now as I hope you are too.
I once had both hands wrapped in bandages at the same time...Really learned to appreciate my 'ex'!!!

I feel your pain GB. I had three surgeries on my left hand in a course of a year. And I am left handed!

Good to hear you are finally getting rid of the bug. Go easy in the shop, you don't need a relapse.

Glade you are on the mend GB.
I am like you - planning to make gifts, from wood, for this Christmas as I lost my part time job last week. Boss can't afford to pay us.
Hopefully I will be back there in about 3 months.
I brought some cheap pine shelving yesterday. Today I have glued a lot of puzzle patterns on half of it ready to cut. I am going to try selling some of them at the local markets.

Glad yo are feeling beter GB.
