Title: BEEN DOWN AN OUT IN LEX

Been down and out for a while. The week after the Ohio Scrollsaw meet I help move a lady an thought I hurt my back. After an ultra sound and a CT  and found nothing it was determined that I had the Shingles with were little outward signs. Oh the pain couldn?t lay down for almost four weeks. Slept in my recliner an didn?t get out of it much. The pain is all but gone now. The doctor is going to give me a Shingles shot the next time I go in for a follow up. Don?t want to get them again. So I think I?m back now. Did a couple of projects last week and that felt GOOOOOOD.

Good to hear your doing better Ken. Scrolling can be good medicine, my Aunt just got over Shingles, I didn't realize there was a shot for it, I,ll have to tell her.

Shingles are really painful. My daughter had them several years ago. She got the shot to. Bad thing is you just have to ride it out. Glad you are back and feeling better.   :)

    Good your feeling better Ken. It seems like you hear that the Shingles are making a big come back lately. Dave 8)

Glad to hear you are feeling better, Ken.  I've never had the experience myself (knock wood), but I have heard that shingles are just miserable.

I spent 3 days in a recliner after a surgery. Can't imagine having to be there for four weeks. Good to hear you are feeling better. Take care.
