Title: Dating Pamphlet
Post by: northie66 on September 06, 2010, 02:56:24 pm
My daughter is just starting to date... so I told her I'm going to make a pamphlet for potention boyfriends.  She's freaking out!  So I made one up.  I thought you all might enjoy it... or even use it.

I guess the date is over......  :D
if not, keep your tools sharp and matches nearby ;)

as a man and a father of three daughters I know that, until they married, "his" level of testosterone is always to high.....
 :D

Don't mind that I made a copy?

:D You are some crazy, but nice lady. I like it, I hope you don't need those tools. You really have a sence of humor I think if one of the guys read this and saw the humor of it, he would be the guy you'll want your daughter to date. Nice to know there are parents that care that much.

I used to hand out a sheet titled "Rules for dating my daughter".  Luckily she had a sense of humor.  I think she still has a copy.

Yeah... I have that "Rules for Dating my Daughter"... It didn't have a picture of the lopper on it though.  I find that is very effective.

I have to admit, the lopper adds GREAT EFFECT.  It should get the point across well.

do you think that replacing the lopper by a picture of me and my chainsaw would be to much?

If my kids had done, as teenagers, what I did, I would probably have killed them!
On the otherhand, they probbaly did as much or more, I just didn't know about it!
"What you don't know can't hurt you."  "Ignorance is bliss."  ;D
