When properly marinated and cooked all meat tastes good.  I have had monkey, dog, horse, duck, lamb, mutton, and probably a few other things I dont even want to know.

Monkey? where did you eat that and how does it taste? I had a lot of different species but I don't know if I would try monkey.
probably will if I get the chance.  8)
I agree that if its well cooked all meat tastes good, although some flavors can be quit " strong".
as far as i can remember I have had pig, cow, sheep, goat, horse, wild boar, rabbit, hare, roe deer, red deer, Springbok (antelope), kangaroo, moose, reindeer, crocodile, frog, chicken, duck, ostrich, pheasant, pigeon.

Marcel I will add opossum and raccoon to your list!
I had a contractor I used to work with who was a big game hunter and every fall he would host a "Wild Game Dinner" for all his clients.
It was held at a very nice 'country club' and the executive chefs of many fine restaurants prepared all the 'treats'!
My favorite was "Breast of Guinea Hen under Glass".

Seeing that we are speaking about species we ate lets see what I can remember, beef, lamb, pork, crocodile, elephant, springbok, wildebeast, zebra, ostrich, kudu, snake, buffelo, chicken, duck, genea fowl, horse.
Maybe there was more but these are the ones I am sure I ate.
Quite interesting what everybody has had.
