Title: Another Newbie
Post by: terryb44805 on January 21, 2016, 10:38:50 am
Hi. Just got a Wen 16" scroll saw for Christmas. Need to get some things, like wood, to get started.  Have mounted it on an old kitchen island we had replaced. Like the videos Steve has and find them very informative. Looking to get some wood soon and try an easy project to start with.

Welcome to the forum Terry.  I am fairly new also and scroll when the weather and time lets me get to the garage.  Everybody here is talented and  the knowledge most of these people have has helped me a lot, so don't be afraid to ask questions.  Mr. Steve Good's other website has some great patterns to get you started.

Welcome Terry.  I'm not familiar with that type of saw, but as long as it makes sawdust, you're going to have a great time!  Soon you'll be hopelessly addicted like the rest of us.
