Title: soft Ware

Hello,

I have little time to deal with scroll saw.jam amateur in this work I want to do a protetret to my daughter but could not do it. Can you help with a soft ware that transforms the pattern picture.

Note: sorry for mistakes in English but I'm from Albania and do not know English well

Many people here use GIMP or INKSCAPE which are free down-loads.

Also, if you send a clear photo of your daughter, there are probably people
here that will make a pattern for you.

I wouldn't use Inkscape for portraits, it is for vector graphics not raster graphics. Raster images are made of pixels. A pixel is a single point or the smallest single element in a display device. Vector images are mathematical calculations from one point to another that form geometrical shapes.

Gimp is a good free software for making patterns from photographs. You can download it here Gimp Free Download (http://www.gimp.org/downloads/).  :)

Drini - I attached my process for converting a photo to a pattern using GIMP and Inkscape. I hope you can follow it in English.
