Title: Fairy Night Light
Post by: sp_343 on July 14, 2010, 04:29:51 pm
For my Daughter...

...who at first wanted the Sheila Landry pattern:

http://www.sheilalandrydesigns.com/site/437434/product/SLDK120

...then wanted the Sue Mey pattern:

http://www.scrollsawartist.com/scrollsawpatterns/night_lights1.html

...then wanted me to make something totally different from anther site!  So I bought both patterns and flipped a coin.

Guess I shouldn't "surf" pattern sites with a 4 year old girl who wants it all...cut from Walnut & Oak.  Sue Mey pattern.

That is really pretty and cut very nicely.  I'm not a little girl but wouldn't mind having one like that in my room. :)

If that is the end result, you should use her as an inspiration more often.
Good job!
