Bet many have ordered plans from them. My first experience. Placed my orders Monday....Tuesday checked my checking acct. The monies had been deducted. Here it is Thursday and I DO NOT HAVE MY PLANS YET> Does it normally that this long????
I have ordered from Sheila many times and withing HOURS I will have my Plans. Anyway Looking for Input. Danny :+{

You will have IMMEDIATE ACCESS to the scroll saw pattern(s) you have purchased, once the order is complete. No waiting, no shipping!
could it have bin you missed the 'download' button to actually download the file?
can you login to their site and look under "purchased patterns" or placed orders?
(don't know their site, but know a few that have that)

To replay to did I buy the Download.... I did receive email with the order details and. YES was stated DOWNLOAD.

Nope....Didn't go to my Spam....Religious about checking that GOOD.... All is Ok at this time. They DID again SEND me all the Plans I ordered. Just was way to long for me. Anyway I am in the process of cutting one now. Cathedral Music Box. Danny :+}

Glad you got your orders, Danny,
I ordered from the in December and the down-load was available on-line within minutes of the
e-mail confirmation of the order.
I don't know why yours took so long but, from my experience, I'd have to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one and see how the next transaction goes.
