Title: Dragon
Post by: lennywin on February 04, 2014, 06:06:09 pm
Just before my Ridgid SS top clamp broke, I made two of these for my twin Granddaughters.  Other then making saw dust from scraps, these were my first SS projects.  I found the feet on Etsy and I thought they added a touch of class to the boxes.  I took my new DW788 back to HD and now I'm jones'in for the new one to get here.  At the rate I'm going I'm going to have to live till at least 90 to get all the projects done that I've seen here.  Is there a Scroll Saw Rehab someplace?  Will Medicare cover it?  :-\

Oh Yeah!
Thanks Steve!!!

I told a little fib, I forgot about these.  Also done on my old Ridgid. I hope I can find a way to get it fixed.

Nice job on the dragon.  I made that pattern a while back and remember it getting a little delicate in the middle area.  But, it taught me to use a little double stick tape in the middle of larger stack cut projects.

I'd have never had the nerve to try that first though!

They are GREAT.  I love the dragon, :o excellent.  Sorry no rehab, if there was I would be there myself, I hurt my back and cant get out there at present. Life sucks, at the moment anyway.   :'(
