Hey! Guys and Gals, I bought a 14'' band saw and would like to give a whirl at making the band saw boxes , I have done a search on them and really could not come up with any patterns to print , if any of you know how to get them or have some I would love to get them. Thanks!!!!! I have made some chairs with the saw and they turned out good(I will post pics of the chairs soon)

My Congratulations on the purchase of a new toy. Here is the link to Steve Ramsay's (Great guy) you tube video , this is as easy as it can get in making a bandsaw box. I hope this information was of help to you :)

Greetings,
I tried to locate some free patterns and, the only site that had some listed is down for
maintenance at this time.
There are some templates if you google "BANDSAW+BOX+PATTERNS" and look at the images.
Of course, you have to know the sequence of cutting but, that can be viewed on YouTube if you
have not seen the proper steps to cut one yet.
Good Luck and God Bless! Spirithorse

I think that bandsaw boxes are suppose to be more "free form" and patterns are rare.
Just get a block of wood, sketch a basic shape of what you want and start cutting. If you have seen any videos of people making bandsaw boxes, you know how to make the drawers and back etc.
As suggested, look at Steve Ramsey's video on "WWMM" (Wood Working for Mere Mortals). He can be found on Youtube also.
