Title: State Champions!!!! Pattern Help Please

My high school football team just won the Division 4 state championship for the second year in a row! I would love a pattern. A portrait style pattern. I want Clinton- Massie Falcons on it. 2013. Also Div.4 State Champions. Also this logo somewhere in it as the main part. Many possibilities please. This is so exciting for our little town and I want to have a portrait of it done for school Monday, that is if I have it with all the snow and all. Thank you for any help.
