Title: Mr. Swartz

Mr. Swartz is on his deathbed.
He's with his nurse, wife, daughter & 2 sons.  He knows the end is near, so he says to them: 
"Bernie, I want you to take the Beverly Hills houses." 
"Sybil, take the apartments over in Los Angles Plaza." 
"Hymie, I want you to take the offices over in City Center." 
"Sarah, my loving wife, please take all the residential buildings downtown."

The nurse is just blown away by all this, and as he slips away, she says to the wife "Mrs. Swartz, your husband must have been such a hard working man to have accumulated so much property."

Sara replied, "Property?...The schmuck had a newspaper route."  :(  :(  :(

I think he was a good father and husband. He made sure they had money coming in after he was gone!
