Well if its in the TOU then they have the right to stop it, but not from keeping you from your money. I don't use paypal got a account setup for something but never use it, and NEVER use ebay, too many shady people on there as bad as craigslist, there is not hardly a trusting person any more.

So far I've had good results with Craig's and with Armslist, but it always pays to cover your assets, and use your head.
A sure way to get get burned is to go there with a big case of "I Gotta Have It!"
CYA and do your home work and demand face to face transactions, or forget it!
Forget personal checks too! Just way too many scammers have found out there are ways to skin the gullible.
So use your head and be careful.
That will be $.50 for the advice because if it's free you get what you pay for! ;D
