Title: 4 Lobed Bowl

My final day in the shop before my show this Sunday. This 4 Lobed bowl is made from Cherry wood. It came out pretty good.

Beautiful bowl. But I can't quite figure the coloration. Was this a joint of two boards to make the original blank?

Yes, the blank is from the same board that was 6" wide.  I laminated 2 pieces to make it 12" wide.  The bowl is 8" wide.
