Title: Steve's Cat Sign
Post by: Keefie on April 10, 2013, 01:26:31 pm: I was asked to make Steve's cat sign but with different wording, this is the finished result of what I was asked for. It is made from 3mm birch ply with a 6mm birch ply backer. The backer is stained with "Colouron's Jackobean Oak" and the pattern is BLO/thinners, then when stuck together they both had one coat of spray varnish (I found the varnish on Amazon for £3.25, less than half of the price I used to pay for clear gloss lacquer, and it covers in one coat.) As usual, all comments welcomed.
