My son has dragged me into the 21st century, kicking and screaming. :D
He has set me up with a smart phone. I hate to admit it but I am sure it is smarter than I am.
But what fun!!!!

This is all the cell phone I need. ;D

Hey, I feel lucky that I have finally been dragged into the 20th century, 21st is just too much.

Once you get use to it you will wonder how you ever did without. I thought I would never need to get a smart phone, and I am young still even, well once I did and learned it, I wouldn't have it any other way, able to have maps at your finger tips if you get lost, can look up numbers or addresses to some place. They are nice to have but can be pricey to have though.

Daughter wanted to give me one for Christmas and I told her, "I will not carry anything in my pocket that is smarter than I am!"

I got one last year to take away with me, was scared stiff of it for a couple of weeks now I love it in fact I've just got myself a better version. Love it, Love it, Love it.

My first experience with it. Just testing the driving directions having fun with it. It was telling me where to go when I had an urgent need to turn the "wrong" way to get to the nearest rest area. It kept telling me to "make a U turn". I kept telling it , "No time!" Well long story short it all came out ok...in the end :D

:o :o ;D ;D

Tip: Don't argue with the little woman (or man) inside giving the directions. They get pissed!
What kind did you get? Iphone or Droid?
-
Iphone 5 It has kept me from getting anything done while I play with it.

I have looked and I really don't think I have a need for something smart. Now if you see a dumb phone, wait a minute, that's what I got and all I need. I have a good GPS, cell phone, laptop.don't want any more (keep saying that And I might believe it) :)
