And how much do they get for it? Because its a season thing they would have to earn enough to last them until next snow season. :D :D :D :D

my husband has been loving/hating the weather this week. Every night we get another inch, so he gets up at 3 am to go plow before he works all day. We love the extra cash, but he is in need of a good night sleep.

I have a strange question cdrover ::) ::) ::)Why do you need an AC unit? What does it get up a scorcing 70 degrees up there ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

The Lord has been good to us here on the Rock. The warm Gulf Stream Current keeps us warm in the winter and the cool Labrador Current keeps us cool in the summer. That is your geography lesson for today ;D ;D

Be careful what you wish for. Snow yesterday, snow today, snow tomorrow and a big one coming for saturday. and that is just this week. I may just take you up on the offer. :D

It is Saturday and guess what, Yes another snow storm about 20-25 cm so far. Another lined up for Monday and a few more for next week. So Rob, what is your address and what is the nearest airport to your house. By the way the driveway is about 100 feet long and when needed can accommodate about 10, 12 cars double parked, but for now there is just one. ;D

Hi Clyde I'm about 6 miles away from Prestwick Airport, but unfortunately the only Trans Atlantic flights are CARGO. I'm sure the wife would gladly put me in a suitable container and send me off. Mind you, I could take a one hour trip to the north and fly out from Glasgow. My dear wife has decided it's not such a good idea after all. Won't shift much snow with a misfiring TICKER. Aaaaaaaahhhh well it was worth a try Clyde. ??? ??? ??? ??? .

Darn, sorry to hear of your heart condition. and I had the shed all cleaned up and a small cot put in there. It would be real comfortable, you could even light the wood stove when it got cold. And no worry about food, bury it is the snow and it will keep until June for sure. I was thinking that I could give you my 303 and you could get yourself a moose when one passed by. Ony other takers, There is running water, in the brook right along side.

Sounds idyllic Clyde, and you're just 10 minutes from the hospital. Thank goodness we don't need to shovel RAIN. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Thank you for your concern Clyde. The ticker problem has been with me so long now, I just have to be sensible in what I do (sometimes), a couple of shots of NITRO sorts thing out. It works a bit like carburettor and fuel line cleaner. LOL.
I suppose I've just got used to it. :) :) :) :) :)
