The kid is a 'natural' on that piece of equipment!
Took me 3 months of practice to handle a fork lift! and I was in my 30's!!!

guess this a kind like a "wonder" child.
maybe dad is the real driver and takes him there to often ;)
can't imagine all the work there is done by kids of this age.

It's great to give you child a talent they can use later in life. Don't know if this was put on just for show or if he is really working, but man that kid is a natural. Reminds me of a mechanic down the road that has his 10 year old daughter helping him on weekends. She gets odometer readings, VIN numbers and even looks up part numbers for her dad. Very sharp young lady.
