Title: Merry Christmas to ME
Post by: troy_curtis on December 26, 2012, 01:32:27 pm
For Christmas I got a small file set, 3 dozen spiral blades, 2 gorilla glues, 1 can of polyurethane, 2 patterns for making candle jar holders, 2 books (one on boxes and 300 Christian patterns) and $30 for buying wood or taking a class on using my lathe. I'd say I made out like a scroll saw bandit for sure.

Sounds great,it's sort of like being a kid again. You get the toys you want so you can go out and play.Last year my son gave me a 1x10x8 oak board, forgot everything else and went to the shop.
Happy New Year & Happy Cuttin'

Yep it's all about the wood and the tools to work with it.  You did really good this year Troy!

Sounds like it was indeed a very Merry Christmas at the Curtis house this year.
