I really bit off a big hunk on this one! This took almost 2 weeks and about 60 hours to complete, but I'm pleased with the results. The backside looked like Swiss Cheese with all of those holes drilled in it. That itself took well over an hour to complete. Now to find a frame that will fit it.
Thanks for Lookin'

Oh my goodness! That was a lot of work. I cant imagine that much time to do that project. Good work and looks great. Thanks for sharing.

Tover, I have done that one and by my count there were 529 cuts!
I just came home from Office Depot where I enlarged the pattern to 130% and am getting ready to cut it again!!!
This time I will do it in BB ply with a 'Golden Oak' stain and a mahogany 2 1/2" frame. And I will try to accurately count the cuts this time. I find it easier to drill 30 holes at a time and cut those, sand the back and then do 30 more.
You did a wonderful job on that one sir! Looking forward to seeing your finished work!

Thanks everyone for your kind words on this one. It was tedious but fun!
GreyBeard. I used 1/8" Baltic Birch and stacked cut 2 (wish I would have done four). I really don't want to do this one again anytime soon LOL!
Thanks again!

Well Bud...this time I am doing one 1/4" and 3 1/8" just so I have extras!
The last 2 I did I gave away for 'silent auctions' so this time the 1/4" will be for my daughter and husband for Christmas and the others will be for me to use as I see fit. I may put one on my wall of 'fame'!
