You will be your own worst critic, we all are.  They are a fine start, congratulations. We all get better with lots and lots of practise and yes there will be times when things end up in the bin you just dust of you machine and start again.  Well done and keep up the good work.

Very nice pieces for a beginner, the more you cut, the better you will get, but I think you may have it already.

Right in line with what the others stated.  We might see a couple of areas where you had a minor goof, but then again we all had them, still have them, and will have them.  My wife usually says "...and who is going to know it?"

I have to answer "me".  Not to worry, you have a fine start to the addiction, press on and you will see improvement with time and practice.

Really nice eagle, and thanks for sharing with us.

Your pictures are kinda small, but from what I see i wouldn't call you a beginner. I think you did a very nice job; they look good.

I think Marg got it right, you will be your own worst critic, we all make mistakes, but when the pattern comes off the only person that will know where the mistakes were is yourself.  From what I can see these projects look excellent.

Thanks everyone, I hope to post some more things i get done soon. As (Wombatie)  posted i have my first three in a row thrown in the scrap pile. Partially because i tried using a spiral blade. Think i'll wait on using them for awhile.

Don't be hard on yourself, we all made designer firewood in the beginning, (and still) :(. these look great and you will only improve with time, it is a learning curve of which I am still just scraping the guard rail. press on and let the sawdust fly !!!!
