Title: Scarecrow
Post by: Tim2beupinAz on November 10, 2012, 01:40:57 pm
This is a pattern from Steave marin that he did. I loved it so much I cut it out. Still new at the Intarsia cutting and learning as I go along. Woods used are Hickory, Maple, Pine, Padauk, Purple Heart, Bloodwood, Popular, and im not sure what the pants are but it is a hard wood that came from some pallets. I had a lot of fun making this and picking the woods for it. Thanks for looking and enjoy.

This turned out very nice. What did you use for finish? I saw this pattern somewhere, maybe in the scrollsaw magazine. Well your work on it is very good for someone new in intarsia. thanks for sharing.
