Title: Finally start my new job

I havent been on recently due to working 10 hours a day 6 days a week trying to survive.  Well after the past 7 months doing contract work that can end at any moment I fnally got my start date for the Shipyard.  I interviewed for the position back in mid April and then when I apllied for my security clearance it was not approved due to a credit issue thanks to my exwife.  I fought the credit thing for 2 months and was about to give up.  On Oct 2 I finally got a reply for the account.  My clearance got approved and I got my start date Nov 5.  It is a Government job at the shipyard at a desk instead of trying to keep up with 20 year olds.  A lot of worry and praying finally paid off.

Glad you stuck it out and triumphed over the evil credit card monster!
After divorce I SWORE I would NEVER have another credit card and still don't!

Now Chief/Boss...keep those kids on their toes!
