A few years ago this pattern was in SSW&C it is now available for free on their site.  This was a piece of scrap 1 in Mahogany that I had.  Finished with beeswax paste.

Planter birds from one of my magazines - slightly modified
Cedar, Plywood and Pine are what the birds are made from.

Nothing sets a playful tone to a table full of things like these Moose.  Cut from American Black Walnut and Poplar finished with tung oil and lacquer.

They're all great, especially love the whale puzzle ;D
Now it's my turn to lose something, I looked on the SSW&C site and couldn't see the whale plan, any chance of a link to the plan please?

Nice pieces. I looked for whale pattern also..... could'nt find it either. Help!!

The moose was part of a desk set pattern from an issue of Creative Woodworking and Crafts and if memory serves it was like fall of 2009 or something like that.
