Post by: jlatorre on July 16, 2012, 08:16:11 pm
hello friends, teapot base  is made of Oregon pine of 20mm, the termination is with clear varnish to highlight the grain of the wood.

That turned out very nice. Do you make tea often, or is it just for something to have in the kitchen? If it is a gift for someone, I am sure they will love it. Looks very good. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice work , did you find it hard to get it to sit level with the raised feet? I tried something with feet like that and it wouldn't stop rocking(probably bad cutting and assembly on my part lol)

oregon pine wood is traditional native of southern Chile, is used in exterior and interior of buildings, their grain is orange in the middle and white on top
