Thanks Todd! Here in our little town of Moorpark Ca, To save money they have fireworks on the third. So we will just chill at home today. Temps in the 70's and a nice breeze. Latter I'll be cooking some nice beef kabob's on the grill and some baked potato's, yum!

Sure do Todd! I used a London Broil cut of beef. Made a marinade from sesame seed oil, soy sauce, chopped garlic, grated ginger and fresh lemon juice. Cut the beef into 1 1/2" cubes and marinade for several hours. We used red, yellow and green bell peppers, red and white onions, Zucchini and mushrooms. Stick all these good ingredients onto metal skewers and grill over a hot flame. I use teriyaki sauce to keep them wet while cooking. Cook till the beef is just pink in the middle and serve! The baled potatos were just baked in the oven.
