Steve how thick was the wood you made your key chains from??

   I used 1/8''..........

hey James...which key chains?  the names and not oval are at least 1/2 inch thick.  the oval layered are i believe 1/4

According to the pattern on his site they are made from 2 pieces of 1/8. One for the backer and the other for the cutout.

Hi James, the oval key chains are two pieces of 1/8" thick wood and the regular key chains are 1/2" thick. This of course all up to what you think looks good.
