That sounds a lot more accurate than the weather channel LOL. They are always wrong!

I was an assistant scout master for the largest American Boy Scout troop in the Far East...Sasebo Japan. We took our boys up to summer camp near Tokyo. Had a weather rock there. Some boys stole it and that evening they reported a Typhoon coming in. Well to teach the thieves a lesson they blamed it on whoever stole the rock and said if the rock was returned and could be "re-calibrated"  we might be able to get that typhoon off course and stay for the rest of camp. Well the rock stayed gone and the typhoon stayed her course. At the last minute the rock suddenly reappeared. They worked to re-calibrate it, but had no hopes of the typhoon moving off course. Well, our luck changed and the typhoon moved out. The scouts were very convinced that the weather rock really worked. Thanks for sharing your rock.
