Is anyone familiar with DigiMaster? Got this software CD along with the Kodak Camera I bought many years ago. Always use it to re-size all the pictures I take. Anyway I have had un-happy times with posting here. Always TO BIG. Then I go back to Digimaster and re-size to a smaller size. To me the picture is now TO SMALL for good viewing.
Guess my Question really is.... What and How does the most of you RESIZE YOUR PICTURES before posting?
And I Thank Ya's in Advance.... Danny :+(

Danny I use my graphics editor to resize my photos I size them to around 1000 x 600 or there abouts and get decent results on every board I post to. Hope that helps out a bit.

Microsoft Office Picture Manager comes with Windows XP and can resize one or more pictures.
I learned about it here http://community.woodmagazine.com/t5/General-Woodworking/HOW-TO-RESIZE-PHOTOS-FOR-POSTING-FOR-FREE/td-p/201541 (http://community.woodmagazine.com/t5/General-Woodworking/HOW-TO-RESIZE-PHOTOS-FOR-POSTING-FOR-FREE/td-p/201541)

IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.net/) is THE program for resizing and stuff like that.
It's got the Batch Converter, which resizes a set of pictures within seconds.

You do not need any of the tools on those CD's that come with a camera nowadays. The camera should be detected by the Windows OS by default and the "Assistant for cameras and scanners" should load the pictures with a pretty simple dialog onto the computer.

Microsoft toys it is simple even I can use it, and it is free
