I have a Craftsman 16" var. speed scroll saw, model #137.216020. Does anybody know if there is a kit or a way to make it so I don't have to use a allen wrench to change out blades? or at least change out the top screw? Thanks for the inputs!!

bigred, I don't know the saw but would it be possible to replace the allen screw with something different? For example, Lee Valley has a number of knobs for jigs - one might fit. McMaster-Carr http://www.mcmaster.com/#knobs/=hs33cu also has a selection of knobs and handles.
If you can't find one, you might be able to make a suitable knob. https://www.ridgidforum.com/forum/t16952/
Good luck, using an allen wrench must be a pain,

This site has retro fit kits for most saws, I bought one for my dremel saw and it works great.http://www.pozsgaidesigns.com

As I see the picture of the saw at Sears, you just need to add a hand knob to the blade holder.
The blade holder is the standard blade holder that is used in most C-Frame scroll saws. The holder itself works pretty good.
Check out the spare part list of the Porter Cable Saw - it's the same clamp: Porter cable Scroll saw (http://servicenet.portercable.com/Products/Detail?isId=true&productNumber=PCB370SS&selectedType=22472#). It's Part 97 and Part 98, both are the same. (also check explosion view and manual to see it's the same blade holder).
