There are several people on this forum who enjoy making patterns for those of us who don't have the ability to do it. Frankly Waddawood I think your reply is unwarranted.

Sorry if you think that cutting the subject, I get stuck on this craft for many years and I love it ..
But I find it hard to make drawings and I have received much help from you.
I is not rich in cutting but I'm enjoying the view finished painting.
I will not bother more, I'm just so sad to have to read this.

Like Dgman said we have some terrific designers on this forum, I think they enjoy making patterns as much as we enjoy cutting them. You were not out of line to request a pattern, if someone can do it I am sure they will. Roger I am not a pattern designer either, but we are very fortunate on this forum to have some of the best designers around. Go ahead and ask, we are all here to help.

Roger.
You will have to excuse some comments that people post. They do not represent the true feelings of the all people on this forum. You can ask for help as much as you want and I am sure someone will respond to help you.

I really believe Steve made this forum out of his passion for scrolling and enjoyment in helping others in the art of scrolling.

Don't let one person discourage you from posting or asking for help.  :)

Obviously, a post has been removed from this thread.  I didn't see the comment so I don't know what is going on, but don't go anywhere Roger. The entire point of this forum is to help each other and share what we know and love to do.

Thanks to the mods for removing the post from Waddawood.  I didn't see it...but it is not the type of thing we need on here.  Waddawood...whatever was posted...you should be tossed.

Roger:  Keep posting and keep coming back here.  This place is for people just like you.  I always enjoy seeing what our members can do with your pattern requests.

Marcel, Good job on the pattern. The only problem I see is the left eye will be a floater. But I figure there is no other way based on the original picture.

Roger this site has helped me bring a lot of joy to some very special people in my life. I am not a pattern maker but I will have no problem asking for help here on this site. This is a community where people help each other, some day I hope to do something for others to repay the favors I have been so freely given.

Is there any way of knowing if Roger got the pattern or if he has been back to the site?  I sure hope we didn't lose him.

Hi all friends, and thanks for all the warm words.
I got a bit sad when he came with such hard words.
I do this because I love to challenge the saw, the harder it's fun, it will be if we succeed,
I have this as hobby, doing one thing of each pattern. Make friends o familiar.
Has Never operate thereto. The supposed to live on, work on Getrag All Drive in the trophy cabinet.
I usually go out o show my work at markets etc..
Best to view this beautiful backyard can look young and old alike.
Here in Sweden there are many who are doing cutting, so I try to get more people to start,
So I remain here with you, and thanks again for all your help with patterns, etc., etc.
Warm greetings from Roger Sweden.

I am glad you are back Roger, don't let one comment represent what we are as a group. Thank you Grampa for doing another excellent pattern.

Roger,
I have been reading this all along, and I saw the rude comment that was made to you. I very rarely post, but I will say that I am sorry your feelings were hurt and I am glad that you are back. There are some wonderful people on this forum and I for one am honored to be a member here. To all of you , "good Job".  I have seen some of your work Roger and you do a wonderful job. You are an asset to the hobby. Thanks to Steve for such a wonderful place to come.
