 :) Hi Borat  :),

I've read your's, need some time to show you my photo's because of work.
The screw's are not the best but the holding for the blade is good. In German we say " Klemmhebel M4 ".

Boolat,

thank you so very much :) I will take this drawing to the work shop and see if the understand, if not I will trouble you again- I hope it is not a problem? :)

The knob by Steve  I made that long back but the clamp was a problem.

 :) Hi Boolat and Mahendra,

sorry, I had a lot of work....so here is my solution. I changed the screw quality from 5.9 to 8.8. The small metal sheets have to be turn when using blades without pins (arrow) Pic. 2. For the upper clamp I use a normal clamping lever with threat M4. So you can pull together the clamp a little stronger. The working now is very good.
I'm using Nequa Ultra blades (the same as knewn as The Flying Dutchman in other countries).

Birger, thank you for your trouble. My problem is the clamp it self has lost the gripping power, plus twice I have resized the entry holes  :-[, what I need is the solution given by Boolat, as i need totally new set of clamps,up and down. Hopefully the workshop people should help me out,I have taken the copies of the drawing plus the photo of his clamp, and I am sure that it should be solved :)

Thank you once again

Mahendra

I have the same little clamps as shown in one of the first few pictures. for me they are to fiddly to do up tight and are very hard to place on the bottom clamp through the insert hole in the table.
I like the looks of that new design but im still not sure on a setup I could use on my saw
