Title: up loading my picture to my profile

I am not very good with computers  :( Can someone tell me how to up load my picture to my profile?

Click on "Profile" in the left upper corner (middle under the banner).

Click on "Forum Profile Information" in the left column.

you will this this:

here you can
 - select a picture from a gallery

 - point to your own picture somewhere in the web (this is what I did)

 - select a picture to be loaded to the community
  The picture needs to be pretty small, around 60 x 80px is a good size most communities except.

After you have made your choice, remember to click "Change Profile" in the bottom right corner.

Thanks from me also,
I've been meaning to ask one of my kids how to do this.  But they live 200km from London, and haven't been home since Christmas.  I'll try these instructions some evening--have to find a pic to use first.

well, I'm quit close to this picture. Most times I do not wear a head. The background also changes constantly.
