dear steve I order your custom made ornaments I have not received them I did the steps . do you email the pattern or mail them

Welcome
From what I understand it takes a day or two to receive your ornaments.
He e-mails them once he is done.
I would e-mail Steve  and not post a question for him on this site.
He rarely comes in here to answer posts made by members.
Hope you get them in time.

The ornament patterns will come in your e-mail to the address you provided. Steve custom makes them so it will take a few days for them to be e-mailed from the time you order them...
