Slowcutter do what I did I open the PDF file go to tools select them enlarger copy and paste it into your paint program then save it as a jpeg and save it to a folder then go to Picasa (download it if you don't have it it's free) then Import it and click on the tab that lighten and darkens it (can't think of what it is called at this time) then move the shadow button to darken the black lines. and increase the buttons that Lighten it then when you save it you can print it out as black and white or just set your printer to Black and white printing only.....
