Hi Steve,
 There is a woman named Janice that does beautiful work with corian. She will be at the Richland Center, WI show.
She says she will have corian with her for sale.

The best blade to cut corian is the Fd-Polar # 5 or 7.
Make sure to use tape so it will not nmelt back yogether again.
